You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange request.

The Quest for Returns & Exchanges

Step 1: Prepare Your Return

Gather the items you wish to return or exchange, ensuring they meet our requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be in resalable condition

Step 3: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, our customer service scribes will send you detailed return instructions, including:

  • Return shipping address
  • Return authorization number
  • Any special instructions for your specific items

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Timeline for Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

🏹 Restricted Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Drinking Horns (for hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings (unless defective and unopened)
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Exchange Requests

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement items once we receive and process your return. If the exchange item costs more than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive defective items or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund.
