Order Processing Time:

• All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
  • Cost: Free
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after shipment

Shipping Regions:

• We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and certain remote regions

The Quest for Returns & Exchanges

Step 1: Prepare Your Return

• Gather the items you wish to return or exchange
• Ensure items meet our requirements:
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be in resalable condition

Step 2: Contact Our Customer Service Scribes

• Send your return or exchange request to: [email protected]
• Include the following information:
  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Order Number and Date of Purchase
  • Items to Return/Exchange with quantities
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • For Exchanges: Desired replacement items/sizes
  • Your Full Name, Email Address, and Shipping Address

Step 3: Receive Return Instructions

• Within 2 business days, our customer service will send you detailed return instructions
• Instructions include return shipping address, authorization number, and any special instructions

Step 4: Ship Your Return

• Package items securely and ship to the provided address
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Timeline for Refunds:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping Costs:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to our error or defective merchandise

• Earrings (unless defective and unopened)
• Custom or Made-to-Order Items
• Items marked as “Final Sale”

• We’ll ship replacement items once we receive and process your return
• If the exchange item costs more: You’ll need to pay the difference
• If the exchange item costs less: We’ll refund the difference
