• Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Restricted items (e.g., Drinking Horns, Earrings) cannot be returned unless defective.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return, issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
• Exchanges: We ship replacements once the return is processed. If the exchange item costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund the difference.
